How to Seek Care at UW Medicine Primary Care at Lopez Island

  • Book online through MyChart.
  • Start an on-demand video visit or E-Visit questionnaire.
  • Call the clinic at 360-488-2245:
  • Press 1 to speak with a UW Medicine centralized scheduler.
  • Press 2 to be connected with Clinic reception. If Clinic staff are unable to take your call, you may be redirected to centralized scheduling, where you can request a message be sent directly to the Lopez Clinic.
  • Press 3 for anything else.
  • For medical emergencies, call 911.
