Introducing Sea Mar

Jim Orcutt, President of the LIHD Commission, presented this slide deck at last night’s Special Meeting to introduce Sea Mar Community Health Centers as the preferred partner for the transition. The Fact Sheet was also distributed at the meeting.

The board voted to continue in negotiations with Sea Mar to develop a final contract. It is hoped the final contract will be voted on by the board in early March. More Special Meetings to come!
