Lopez Island Hospital District seeks members of the district to form a ‘con’ committee for the upcoming levy lid lift proposition (November 7 general election). Committee members would be responsible for writing the opposition statement for the voter’s pamphlet. The committee can include up to 3 individuals, though assistance in writing the statement from other parties is allowed. Interested parties should email rkoplan@lopezislandhd.org by August 1, 2023. The statement would be due by August 8, 2023.
