Community Survey: Lopez Island Clinic

We will be sharing posters around town and on social media! There are hard copy and Spanish version that we’re getting out as well. 

The University of Washington (UW) recently announced that it will not renew its contract to operate the UW Medicine Lopez Island Clinic after June 30, 2026.

The Lopez Island Hospital District (LIHD) and the Catherine Washburn Medical Association (CWMA) are working with the community to find a new provider to manage the Lopez Clinic or to explore running the clinic locally. A key part of this process is gathering community feedback through this survey. Please help us get the information we need.
