March 6th Special Meeting with Executive Session

The first step in the process of completing a draft of the Definitive Agreement (Operating Contract) with Sea Mar is to have an Executive Session where the entire LIHD board will meet privately with counsel to understand the legal risks of entering into a contract with Sea Mar. No actions will be taken at this meeting. The meeting will take place at the LIFRC Meeting room and by Zoom starting at 4:30 pm on March 6.
