COVID-19 Update

As a follow-up to this morning’s post, which has generated questions and calls, I wanted to provide a bit of clarification regarding the County Health Officer’s recommendation that consideration be given to a 14-day quarantine for all people returning to the islands from any off island travel, as well as anyone newly arriving to the island.

At this point, it’s important to note that nothing has been enacted. While other areas have enacted such an order, it’s not clear if or when something similar might be enacted in the County.  I will report on any actions as they become available.
